Tuesday 18 October 2016--We are ensconced in Craigellachie, a standard stop for me over the years, thanks mostly to the presence of the Highlander Inn. The estimable Mr Ian Logan, international brand ambassador for Chivas Bros, took time out of his own holiday to show us around the enormous two-year-old Dalmunach distillery, built on the site of the old Imperial distillery.
