Saturday 21 October 2017--We love Scotland, and we love Scots. It's a bit funny, then, that in our three standard Highland stops, our hosts are incomers: Teresa, an Englishwoman, in Plockton; Jim Anderson, a Philadelphian, in Fortrose; and Tatsuya Minagawa, proprietor of the Highlander Inn, in Craigellachie. It's understandable, I guess, to find resonance with other outsiders who love the country.
