Tuesday 24 October 2017--When I arrived in Seahouses yesterday, my presumed host told me she wasn't expecting me for another day. I was lucky to find another room at slightly more than twice the price. My annoyance was mitigated by learning from my new host about Ross Sands, a stretch of Northumbrian beach new to me. Here a view toward Bamburgh Castle.
